Rules of Engagement:

1. The "Fill" Rule: Every bottle brought to the exchange must be at least 75% full.

2. Original Packaging ONLY: For safety and authenticity, only fragrances in their original retail bottles are allowed. Handmade "decants" or unlabeled vials will be banned for safety.

3. The "Condition" Check: Bottles must be "gently loved" -no leaking caps, broken sprayers, or rancid/expired scents. If it smells like vinegar, it doesn't hit the table.

4. Fair Value Tiering:
Luxury/Niche ($150+ original retail)
Designer ($70 - $140)

5. The 1-for-1 Swap: You take home exactly as many bottles as you brought. If you bring 3, you leave with 3.
