Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping days:  Processing times varies depending on Pre-Orders or Special Sales. Normal processing times typically take 2-5 business days from date of order. Exclude Weekends, Holidays and Store Closings. Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday. Rush Shipping is not offered. 

Once processed, tracking info will be sent via email/ text message.

We are NOT responsible/ be held responsible for any Lost, Stolen, or Damaged packages. Please contact USPS if this has happened and file a complaint. You can add additional insurance with Route by adding it to your cart before you complete your purchase.

Issues with your order regarding product leakage due to our own negligence, email us with in 24 hours of delivery at jahzaraskouture@gmail.com

If you have not received your package after it states: ' Delivered', and/or you have received your Email/ SMS confirmation, please contact your Local Post Office and file a complaint. If you added Route Insurance, please submit a claim with them.

When Ordering Perfumes/Colognes: Please be aware that when you place any order for fragrances or that includes fragrances, your order will ship using USPS Parcel Select Ground  / Ground Advantage due to the nature and regulations that are placed for such product.
