Shipping & Return Policy
- Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Our products are carefully hand crafted and most are made to order.
- If you encounter an issue with your order please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We also do not accept cancellations of any order once placed.
- Please make sure you are using the correct payment information/method and check order before submitting.
- WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. Please check address information including adding any apartment numbers prior to submitting order. Orders will not be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier.
- If your package is damaged, please file a claim with your postal carrier. We are not responsible for damage during shipment because we have no control over shipment once it leaves our facility.
- If contents in your package has leaked, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: vary depending on the items you ordered. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Once processed, it will be shipped and tracking number will be sent to the email/phone number you signed up with.
- SHIPPING DAYS: Our shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday. We do not offer next day shipping. We will not Rush/Expedite any order for delivery.
- Priority Mail: will ensure the time frame as to when you will get your order once your order has shipped.
- All orders are mailed using U.S. Postal Service
- Shipping takes 3-5 business days once order is processed and this does not include weekends or holidays. Weekend orders (Friday- Sunday) will begin processing on Monday.
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping, unless it is a made to order product. Made to order products vary depending on type of product and ingredients being ordered. So please be patient with us.
NATIONAL HOLIDAY & VACATION ORDERS: If an order is placed on a National Holiday or during our Vacation period, it will begin processing the next business day or upon our return from Vacation. Our Vacation time frame will be posted on our website and social media sites, to better assist you with your shopping and shipment needs.
