Important Notice:

Similar to many of our products, our fragrances are freshly made, often upon order. It is recommended that allowing your new fragrance to macerate will aid in developing the scents fully. Maceration permits the notes to blend with the compounds, thereby strengthening and intensifying the fragrance's potency.

Why is my product cloudy, grainy, or has solidified and become thicker?

Our body oils are made from 100% pure oils, and because they have a higher saturated fat content and/or acidity, they may solidify and try to return to their natural state when left sitting or in cold temperatures. This is completely normal and won’t harm the oil or your skin. Once warmed to room temperature, often by placing the bottle in warm water, the oil will return to its liquid state. In fact, solidification is a great sign of the oil’s authenticity.

Disclaimer
Since our oils are crafted from a blend of pure oils, some batches may naturally have a higher fatty content than others. This doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with your oil—your batch just happened to have more of the fatty component during preparation, and it’s still completely great to use. Just warm the product before use and give the bottle a good shake.


Allergy Information
Some of our products may contain allergens such as tree nuts, seeds, and bee products. If you’re allergic to any ingredients in our products, we recommend sticking to items from our Nut Free Line for your safety. Always use caution when trying new products, including carrier oils for skin or hair. Those with nut allergies should consult a medical professional before using nut oils, butters, or related products. None of our products should be ingested. Essential and fragrance oils should be used carefully on the skin, as they may cause irritation.

What We Recommend

  • Please keep product out of eyes and near eye area. If contact with eyes rinse well with clean water
  • If irritation occurs STOP usage immediately. If irritation persist consult medical help          immediately!

Our brand was born from our own family’s struggles with health and skin issues. We set out to create a better alternative to mass-marketed products filled with more fillers than skin-loving ingredients. We’ve seen what our products can do for our skin, and we wanted to share that with others.
