Shipping Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  Our products are carefully hand crafted in small batches and most are made to order. We do not accept Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges.
  •  Body Butter Orders: Use caution when ordering especially during the summer months. We cannot guarantee that they will not melt during transit. However, we will do all that we can to try and help prevent it. If melting does occur, please set aside in cool area or place in the refrigerator to allow for it to firm back up.
  • When Ordering Perfumes/ Colognes:  Please be aware that when you place an order for fragrances or that include fragrances, your order will ship using USPS Parcel Select Ground / Ground Advantage services due to the type of product and the regulations that are placed for such product.
  • Shipping can take 2-7 business days after order is processed (for more information please visit USPS website and search: shipping perfumes)
  • If you encounter an issue with your order that does not deal with shipping issues, please contact us immediately via email at jahzaraskouture@gmail.com
  • Cancellations:  Are not accepted at this time.
  • WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
  • Please check and make sure you are using the correct mailing address, including, adding any apartment numbers.
  • Check your payment information/ payment method prior to submitting.
  • Check over your order prior to submitting to make any corrections if needed.
  • Orders will not be reshipped once we receive delivery confirmation. You must then contact USPS and file a claim. 
  • Most orders have insurance provided by USPS based on cost of order. If not, then Insurance can be added to your order for an additional fee. Email us immediately or include a note with your order and we will email you with coverage fee. Fee MUST be paid prior to order processing, you will be given a 24-hour grace from time order is placed. Once order is processed and shipped it will be too late to add additional coverage. If fee is not paid within time allowed, your order will ship without the added coverage, and you will assume full responsibility for your order.
  • If your package is damaged, please file a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for damage during transit once shipment leaves our facility.
  • If contents within your package have leaked, due to our negligence please contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery at jahzaraskouture@gmail.com 
  • ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:  varies depending on items ordered. Please allow us 2-5 business days to process your order. Once processed, tracking number will be sent via email/ text message (depending on tracking method).
  • Custom-made products will process within 3-7 business days. Once processed tracking number will be sent via email/ text message (depending on tracking method)
  • WEEKEND ORDERS: Orders placed from Friday 2pm est - Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • SHIPPING DAYS:  We ship orders Monday - Friday by 3pm est. We do not offer Rush/Expedite shipping.
  • All orders are shipped with USPS and will provide a tracking number.

 

      National Holiday & Store Closed Orders: If an order is placed on a National Holiday or during our Closed period, your order will begin processing the next business day or upon our return. Our Processing Time frame will be posted.
